I pulled the Milwaukee data myself from the state site and I’m actually not seeing this. I see one ward (V River Hills Wards 1, 2, 3) that cast 1266 votes v 186 registered voters. All others are below 100%.

That’s not to say I’m not incredibly suspicious of the 89% turnout, but it would be good to see the source data if it differs from what I downloaded.

On a related note, 49 counties turned out greater than 90% and of these 44 went majority Trump. He certainly turned out his voters, though I’m very much questioning the integrity of vote by mail.

That’s what they are doing and did here in CA in 2018.

That’s why they stop counting the first night. Give them time to gauge how much fraud they need to just make it over the automatic recount margin. Then they do it overnight with pre-filled ballots.

That’s why the counts should have stopped last night at midnight and stayed stopped.
