As vote totals are close and results continue to return, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt vote counting until “meaningful access” has been granted. President Trump’s campaign claims that they have not been afforded fair access that is guaranteed by Michigan law.

I agree as do many others here. But here’s my question, where there enough people involved in this that eventual leaks will eventually come out? You know how people are - they talk. And now people have cameras - I know they have at least one video of MI and votes showing up in the middle of the night unescorted. Rumors of pics/more videos of the same thing and more cars doing the same, but haven’t seen those.

when Fox called AZ with only like 24% of the vote (it was about that much, right?) something in my “this doesn’t seem legit” meter went off - not because I think it was impossible that Biden could win AZ, but because they called the state so early, with barely a lead for Biden while TX and FL sat uncalled - this all smells fishy

SCOTUS should declare the elections in these states are now tainted, and should be declared null and void, and new elections held next week. Give the dems NO time to set up a fraud factory again. They had WEEKS to set this sh*t up.

You can vote straight ticket in Michigan.

It's the non-partisan races that would show it.

At some point, the MI and PA legislatures may have to declare all of their electors invalid, and inconclusive for either candidate. The numerous errors and fraud would be impossible to resolve with verifiable recounts before Dec. 14.

That would mean nobody reaches 270, and would throw the election into the House.

Then it's anyone's guess. The GOP delegation majority may decide "for the good of the country" to declare Myth Romney or John Kasich president.

This is incorrect. If PA (20) and MI (16) are both invalidated, and their Legislatures don't find another solution to come up with valid electors for Congress, then the total electors drops, and the majority becomes 252 electors to win the Presidency. The election would only go to the House then if there was a 251-251 split.

And as I think someone else already mentioned, the House can only select from the list of people who received an electoral vote. And Jorgenson, Hawkins, Romney, or Kasich will not receive any.
