As vote totals are close and results continue to return, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt vote counting until “meaningful access” has been granted. President Trump’s campaign claims that they have not been afforded fair access that is guaranteed by Michigan law.

I’m speculating that if lawyers were in place and saw evidence
of fraud, a court would have been petitioned immediately.
Or if more votes were cast than each counties registered voters
a court would have been petitioned too.

Then it's anyone's guess. The GOP delegation majority may decide "for the good of the country" to declare Myth Romney or John Kasich president.
Keeping up the pressure and keeping the spotlight on irregularities is about the best that can be done immediately. Once this thing enters the recount stage, all security measures must already be in place. All of this is moot if the recount is started prematurely, especially in a Dem/Left controlled realm.
Not possible for Romney or Kasich since only the top three candidates who get at least one electoral votes may be voted on for President by the House voting by State delegations.

The fact they also want access to ballots counted when they didn’t have access could be quite revealing if they win this suit. Of course unless they suddenly come up missing.
