CNN’s Van Jones said Tuesday that “it hurts” that the presidential race between Joe Biden and Donald Trump was so close.
Jones said, “I think a lot of Democrats are hurt tonight. I think there’s a lot of hurt out there. There’s a moral victory, and there’s a political victory. They’re not the same thing.”

Amazingly, the government already figured out how to shred ... I mean bypass ... the constitution on this. HHS, which has the CDC under it, issued a regulation prohibiting evictions for several months back in July. This has not been fought or overturned by the courts. Therefore, HHS can likewise issue a regulation regarding who are essential workers and what businesses can remain open.

Yep, all year Democraps were in court changing election laws while the RINO party slept. Mark Levin even bawled out this member of the legislature in PA telling her to overturn these new laws as the Republican controlled legislature could do so not the courts, and they did not! The House Dems will do exactly as the speaker demands. Since the loss of earmarks, the leader of the House and the leader of the Senate may be the most powerful people in our country. They call the shots. The only time a representative will go against the leadership who is of the same party is when he or she is allowed to vote a certain way to appease the rubes back home.
