AZ has voting system very similar (I call it similarly screwed.) to CA. Because of that, it makes counting very slow! In 2016, they declared AZ on Friday! And the margin was larger than now.

According to AZ law, those 10s of thousands of “provisional” ballots cast by people without ID cannot be counted until/unless the voters brings in ID.
But it seems Doucey is allowing them to be counted anyway.
