Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, is planning to declare victory on Tuesday night if news organizations announce him as the winner of the election — and even if President Donald Trump refuses to concede and contests the results.
Biden campaign advisors told Axios that the former vice president wanted to avoid taking a defensive posture if the president spreads misinformation about the election or moves forward with lawsuits...
O'Malley Dillon added: "We're going to use our data, our understanding of where this is headed, and make sure that the vice president is addressing the American people."

This is just noise. The same noise the media has fed us for months trying to create a narrative where if it were close they could claim Trump stole it and is therefore illegitimate.
Right now, there has to be panic among democrat insiders. The media narrative has hit the wall of reality and so far, based on early reports, there is a MASSIVE GOP turn-out everywhere.
