The tricky part is the encryption used to conceal those results and; ultimately; combine all those individual numbers from thousands of locations into a final count.

According to Gen, Macinnerny (sp) our election comms are not air-gapped. Hillary was counting on some sort of electronic interference. US military stopped it and means is classified (so Ds know how it was done).

None of us know anything about this stuff as it stands today at state of the art. Some techies have some ideas, from what I can tell, but bottom line is we have methods that are not public.
