Doesnt that sound just like the charges leveled against former Trump campaign advisor Paul Manafort? In that case, the FBI and the DOJ were able to move at breakneck speed. How do they explain the glacial progress in the Biden case? Can you spell double standard? Yes,as well as corruption, sedition, and treason.

Agreed. Pick a prosecutor that isn’t beholden to the deep state.

Special Council Joe diGenova.
To: Captain Compassion
That's a great choice.
However, even if we got Joe out that leaves Kamala, providing President Trump loses reelection due to massive cheating.
Either way we are screwed.
To: Captain Compassion
LOL! You wish. I think joe scarburrow should do it. LOLOLOLOL!

At least there is one major difference in this case from the lib lies over the last 4 to 5 years.....this whistleblower has a face and a name.

Either way we are screwedIf Kamala Harris is the President, the fate of Hunter Biden will be the least of your concerns.

Kinda.
Currently, a special counsel is only in the internal rules of the DOJ. Theres no special counsel law.
In the past, presidents could appoint special counsels on their own authority. Not sure if that would fly today.

Sadly diGenova sold out and is an agent of Russia. Recall the embarrassment when Trump tried to hire him as an attorney and diGenova had to admit he was on the Russian payroll.

The author should stop being a damn fool and wake up.
Nobody with half a brain has any confidence in the DOJ anymore. If you want to have justice done, the best move would be to extradite the Bidens to Ukraine for prosecution.

This had to come out eight weeks ago to be effective. I dont think Team Trump ever imagined the complete media blackout on this nefarious selling out of Biden to the commies.
This whole sordid episode perfectly illustrates why there should be ELECTION DAY, not election season.

Not a Special Council. They can only investigate, right, but have no power to act? Go directly to a prosecutor. Grand Jury. Indictments. Trials. Sentencing. The end.

You are so right. Joe is expendable. He can be ousted under the 25th and sent to SuperMax for his couple of remaining years, but so what? They will have achieved the USSA.

No, that is not the end. The end would be executing the traitor.

I believe hiring more prison guards at GITMO might be the best way to go...should the need arise.
