Voter photo ID should have been a requirement long ago.
Required without exception for a rental car, prescription filled for controlled substance, rental of dvd and appointment at hospital or doctor's office.
But for a voter? "That's racissss! I'm gonna sue somebody." Voter "suppression."

Resounding agreement here.
Demand proof of identity and residency: Driver’s License or State ID, paid utility bill stub (gas, electric, sewer...some address-connected service), etc; and refresh the entire roll AT LEAST every Presidential Election year.
