Don’t you worry, folks. Looks like you got Roberts and Kavanaugh on your side.
Who do they think she is, Jeff Sessions?

Your motion has been considered. DENIED! Have a nice day!
She didn’t participate in a similar North Carolina case that was kicked to the SC.
“She might rule against us” is NOT a reason for recusal.

Why would her impartiality be questioned? Because PDJT appointed her? So that means Gorsuch and Kavanaugh have to recuse, too?

True dat.
Probably not even needed.
Don’t look now, but that was Frat Boy Kavanaugh going over to the dark side with Pretty Boy Roberts yesterday in allowing NC election officials to accept mail-in ballots NINE days after the election!

“No. And you can’t make me.”
No.
The Constitution grants control of elections to state legislatures, not state bureaucrats.
When the state legislature says they had no say in the decision is that because 1)the election commission took it upon themselves to bestow this power to themselves? or 2) did the state legislature defer this power to the election commission at some earlier point in history?
