Nothing the guy said last night was illegal.
It appears the ONLY thing Hunter might have done illegally is act as a foreign agent for this Chinese guy.
Joe Biden, meeting with someone that is going to be a CEO he is putting his name on is not illegal. Getting a percentage of a company AFTER being VP is not illegal.
It certainly would be something I would be interested in investigating. I would love to get my hands on the corporate tax report—but there probably isn’t one if no income was ever received (remember, Bublinski is pissed because he got stiffed.)
I agree it stinks. I agree it “appears” that Joe is on the take. But without following the money we will never know. And without access to bank accounts—and no one at JP Morgan Chase is going to copy the bank accounts and give them to Rudy—all of this is unprovable.
There is a ton of smoke. But no smoking gun.
And because no one is a journalist any more, no one will be the wiser.
Where are Bublinski’s bank statements? I mean he was the CEO...was he not copied on financials?
There were no “business” questions asked last night. Without them, there is no real story. Tucker gave us a sugar high. It will be gone by Friday.
