Elenor Clit is a leftist moron. What do these nitwits think is going to happen when they reach their goal of only having the police, the military and the criminals armed.

Statically, blacks are responsible for most mass shootings. Does the Daily Beast advocate taking guns away from blacks?

So Blumin Idiot doesn’t think the Supreme Court should follow the Constitution. Only Ct’s nonsense gun laws.
So if the Court hasn’t been following the Constitution then we need more Constitutionalists. Maybe she’ll teach them.

Notice that every time these leftists talk about ACB, they out themselves. They actually believe that the "correct" way to execute constitutional law is to twist it around to fit "modern society". What rational person would possibly even try to conceive that the founding fathers did not specifically intend what they were writing.

Couldn’t have anything to do with the BLM/ANTIFA rioting, could it?
According to Nadless that was a myth.

My point was that the common weapon of the day was the military standard of the day. Repeaters and multi-shot weapons were not common military issue, although they were available.
The second amendment clearly also covered cannons, which we the people are no longer allowed to commonly own today.
Thank you for the link, BTW.

Looking at the intent of the framers when there were no assault weapons I don't recall the RevWar being fought with just pitchforks and sticks

Dear Elenore, ACB understands the Constitution while you obviously do not. She understands that the Founding Fathers were wise enough to give you a way to change the Constitution, and not just ignore it. If you don’t like it, go ahead and try to change it. You’re welcome to try. It’s Constitutional to try, and it’s Constitutional to change it, but only via the manner prescribed in ... the CONSTITUTION!
IMHO, almost all current gun control laws are un-Constitutional. The only thing properly implied is that the Founding Fathers were talking about SANE men and women.

Like that she, Amy, can act arbitrarily on her own to make law or uphold certain laws favoring the R party?

Hmm, you say that like it’s a bad thing...

So much fabrication and deception in a single article.
“Shall Not Be Infringed” gives Eleanor Clift the vapors.

You are using facts and logic. Democrats and other gun haters dont believe in facts and logic. Only their feelings matter.
