House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called on Congress to “reverse the damage” done by a “radical Republican court” after Senate Republicans voted to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court Monday evening.
She also called the seat “usurped,” suggesting that the seat was taken illegally or by force, and claimed that Republicans were trying to “destroy” Americans’ health care with Barrett’s confirmation.

Pelosi can do whatever she wants in the House, but she has to get it past the Senate and the President for it to have any effect.
And if it is blatantly unConstitutional, the SCOTUS can strike it down.
So there are three filters to remove any really wacked out legislation.
Divine Justice would be to make nanzi the minority leader, retain the Senate and Presidency, and then have the new Majority leader propose packing the SCOTUS. Not actually do it, but use it as leverage to get an anti-packing amendment added to the Constitution.
