Democrat party institutions have failed Philadelphia. He should call on community leaders to meet him at the white house to help resolve these issue that are causing suffering in Democrat run minority cities.

He should call for calm with a promise if he is given the opportunity their voices will be heard by him and his administration, and action will be taken to resolve these problems.
