I think it's going to be Pompeo in 2024. We will need to solidify the foreign affairs accomplishments of President Trump.

Pence has been an excellent VP, taking on more than any VP in history. He seems to excel behind the scenes but has certainly steeped up in the last few months.

I think Pence can pick the job he desires under Pompeo.
