Come South. Lot’s of trees. Mostly state and local governments that know their place. Lower cost of living and taxes. Here in Alabama I pay about $1000 a year in property taxes for 42 acres, house, two professionally built barns and a covered riding pen. I am moving closer to the coast soon, but am staying in Alabama.
The move to nice places because the leftist doctrine is so destructive. It cannot build, only destroy. Why do locusts always fly to farmers fields?

Why does the Left invade and mess up the desirable places to live?
I was fortunate to have seen kaliforna before all the drug generation moved there. People who are generally lazy want to live in nice places so they can live off the government tit and not pay the taxes.

I have family and 3 grandchildren in Huntsville. I like it there, but the cost must be right and THE LAND to hunt on and provide most needs is important.

I did, and we are still for the bill.
We are in our 80’s and might want to downsize and move to a different area in the state. This bill would enable us to keep our original Prop 13 assessment and move to anywhere in
California.
Our adult children are in their mid to late 50’s, and they would like to leave the Bay area in a few years. This prop could enable them to do that and basically keep their same property tax bill without hammering them.
