“Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled unanimously Friday on a key concern surrounding an avalanche of mailed ballots, prohibiting counties from rejecting them if the voter’s signature on it does not resemble the signature on the voter’s registration form. “

Nothing to see here.

They also made a Constitutional provision that members of The BAR, would be disallowed to be Judges, legislators, Mayors, Governors, or President. When they become members of the BAR, they are loyal to “other than” America. Like Barry or Kamala, they have no ties to this country other than this is where they reside TODAY.

I think they have a new appeal to the Supremes, but it cant be heard until after ACB is there, so Gayboy can’t mess things up

right.

but without the “harvesting” I don’t foresee many problems, unless one candidate has a small amount for the win.

Now, if harvesting is allowed, Katie Bar The Door.
If the win is 20000, and there are 15000 questionable ballots...no problem.

Where are you seeing that the voter with the ballot with the questionable signature will he contacted to verify? Might be blind, but didn’t read anything to this effect in the article.

I have read that on several sites and places that were involved.

I’ll try to find, but if you want proof, I guess you can assume I’m wrong

Completely agree. The only changes I would make to our long-standing tradition of voting in-person on Election Day are that it should be a national holiday and a full 24 hours (12:01am - 11:59pm). No early voting, no mail-in voting, and no excuses for not having time when you’re off-shift to go vote. Absentee would be permissible under very exacting standards, basically reserved for military, the infirm, and election workers. The right to vote has been bravely fought for and protected at great cost; the least people can do is show up. It’s really not hard at all for those who care. If you consider this too much of a sacrifice, you shouldn’t be voting.

Went on a big tirade about this with my retired mother in Florida who said she was early voting because she didn’t want to stand in line on ED (as if early voting has no lines...). “You’re retired! What the hell else are you doing that is more important?! Reschedule your tennis match!”

I went to StartPage and asked about the rules for mail in voting.
The states have different rules, Arkansas is one of the toughest.

Some say contacting the voter is allowed.

So are they held until they contact the person on file to sanity check it was that person and not fraudulent?

As I understand it: (and as long as we have lots of GOP poll watchers/attorneys on hand watching the poll workers) The ballot with the questionable signature becomes a provisional ballot;someone has to chase down the voter to verify/lie that they voted and that the ballot is legitimate.

The ruling says the questionable ballot can’t be automatically tossed by a poll worker.

It still sucks, but it isn’t as bad as the headline sounds.

Can they make their own ballots in crayon or with Silly Putty?
