She will join the bench immediately upon the vote?

And there’s still enough time to get it before the SC right?

I don't think she can rule on any cases already heard but not adjudicated.

She can hear new cases argued after she is seated unless she recuses herself.

You might have missed it but the Trump Campaign took a PA case to SCOTUS last week.

They deadlocked 4-4 because Turncoat Roberts sold us out again.

If Amy stands her ground that will be reversed.

She will be confirmed Monday Oct 26 leaving 8 days before election day.

It should be enough time unless Roberts decides there’s not enough time.

However, a SCOTUS panel can stay the lower court ruliog pending a SCOTUS hearing.

Question: Can ACB stay the lower court ruling herself? Or any single Justice? Must a stay be issued by a panel of say at least 3 Justices?
