The FBI does not allow recordings of their encounters.
I thoroughly believe the Press was ready to run with the story had Biden won. But Trump beat them to the punch.
As other posters said, bring some competent lawyers. And video record the entire interview yourself, in case there’s ever some ‘faulty remembering’ by the federal bureau of intimidation lackeys when they fill out their ‘302’s about the meeting.
When do they bring in Steve Bannon and the others who have copies of everything. The FBI can force Bobulinski to shut up about this now “ongoing investigation” but the information has already been disseminated. Of course Joe has been provided with a blanket election dodge, “ I would love to defend myself but can’t answer your question because of the investigation”
The FBI Whitewash begins.
If everyone in the Senate committee and the DOJ go quiet "because of an ongoing FBI matter," then for the next 11 days President Trump can pretty much say whatever he wants about what's on Hunter Biden's computer.

Of course not that would require accountability and stuff.
FBI is only here to protect the entitled. Laws and stuff are for us little people.
The FBI had an “interview” scheduled so the
Senate subcommittee canceled their Committee Hearing. Within 15 minutes the FBI cancelled their interview also. Seems they didn’t want to talk to Bobulinski with his lawyer present.
