For a Democrat he is. And for Schoen, a Democrat who worked for Clinton, to admit a strong Trump performance is a big plus for Trump.
Yeah, Schoen is a Democrat who’s sort of transitioned into playing the “reasonable Democrat who is alarmed at how radical his party has become” role, but unlike other Democrats who have genuinely experience that ah ha moment (Leo Terrell, and Harlan Hill for example), you can tell Schoen’s heart is not in it. Schoen is smart enough to see the Dems are imploding but he’s still a big government lib at heart.

He has a perfect record of losses, IIRC. Although, to his credit, when he sees the inevitable ahead, he drops his candidate like a hot rock and starts writing something resembling the truth.
