Biden's Mental Acuity Is Not an Issue

It seems as if Republicans can't stop talking about Joe Biden's obviously diminished mental state. At his rallies, President Trump regularly refers to Biden as "Sleepy Joe" and says things like, "He doesn't even know what state he's in." Cable news hosts like Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity run Biden gaffe videos, where Biden will say things like, "I'm Joe Biden, and I'm running to be your next senator!" or he'll turn to an assistant after making a short speech and ask, "Where do I go now? Tell me what to do." At 78, he'd be the oldest president ever, and it's painfully apparent to everyone that his mental fastball — to the extent that he ever had one to begin with — is long since a thing of the past.

But Republicans are making a big mistake if they think yet another example of Biden's growing dementia is going to change minds and convince voters to vote for President Trump. Biden's diminished state is already "baked into the cake." People are making their choice primarily on Trump yes/no, and they realize that a President Biden will be a "Weekend at Bernie's" situation. Behind-the-scenes unelected Democratic operatives will run any new Democratic administration. They will call the shots, push for liberal legislation, and craft the super-progressive new society that today's liberals — who are totally and gleefully divorced from any sense of loyalty to this country's traditions and history — crave so badly. It's possible that Nancy Pelosi's recent call for a congressional commission to implement the 25th Amendment due to an incapacitated president was aimed at removing a handicapped President Biden and awarding the office to Kamala Harris.

Few are voting for Biden. Rather, they are voting against trump. The funny thing is that this analogy sums it up best:

Voting for biden because you hate trump is like eating dog chit because you hate broccoli.

This isn’t about changing Biden voters into Trump voters. That was never going to happen anyway. Biden’s obvious dementia might be “baked into the cake” but just how much trouble will people endure to vote for Dementia Joe? Remember, they’ve been telling their own base that anyone who steps outside will immediately die several times over from COVID-19, and their base believes it. Mail-in voting was the only possible way to get around this (or just cheating ... same thing), but young people and minorities can’t mail a letter. They sure aren’t going to go to that trouble for a candidate they really aren’t excited about.

The author of this piece is deebly goncerned that Trump is going to do it wrong tonight. Here’s what will not happen in the debate, or in any other debate: Trump will not cite a chart or graph, or present a line of logic, that is so devastating that it rips a hole in the Universe causing all Democrats to simultaneously admit that Alger Hiss was in fact a Soviet spy, that Roe v. Wade is utterly baseless, and that the Reagan tax cuts paid for themselves, and Anita Hill is a liar. That will not be happening. Ever.

Biden's diminished state is already "baked into the cake."

Not entirely. Any number of voters who only get their news sporadically from the MSM are not fully aware of Biden's dementia. An effective ad with date captions could show Biden saying, "I'm a proud Democrat running for the US Senate." "I'm a proud Democrat running for Vice President." I'm Joe Biden running for senator from North Carolina." (or whatever state he dropped the bomb in) Or "I'm Joe Biden, Joe Biden's wife."

Followed by Trump saying, "OK, Joe. I approve of this ad."

Actually, Biden's Mental Acuity IS an Issue.
(We're talking about a candidate for the Presidency.)

However, it's not the only issue. There are
so many, it's tough to list all of them.
(Plus, the media ignore them anyway.)

So, at this point, what gives the most bang for the buck?
Well, they never denied the authenticity of the laptop,
and, from reports, there's potentially child pornography there.

It makes sense to publicize that and let everything else
roll from there (and there looks like plenty more...)
Of all of the vices that the media has "normalized"
that's one that still causes outrage (and coverage).

And what's Joe going to say?

He's already said his son had a drug problem like
many others in America.

Is he going to add: "Oh, by the way, in that drugged-up state,
he abandoned a laptop that implicates himself in deviant & criminal
sexual behavior (like many others in America)"?

Adding to the mix, I'd push:
"Voting for Biden is really voting for a Harris/Pelosi administration. It's called 'Bait and Switch'.
The Presidency is a pressure-cooker environment and you want to put an addled 78-year-old man in there?
Pelosi dusted off the 25th Amendment (incapacitated President) not to use against President Trump, but to lever out Biden.
That means Harris becomes President and Pelosi becomes VP.
Do you hate President Trump THAT much that you would put America's future into the hands of those two?"

Not true! Harris would become President, but Pelosi, or whomever the Speaker of the House is, becomes merely next in line until the President nominates and the Senate approves a new Vice President. Go back to 1973 when Agnew resigned and Gerald Ford became VP. Also in 1974 when Nixon resigned, Ford became President, and Nelson Rockefeller was nominated to and became VP.

It's all spelled out in the 25th Amendment.

Right.

And if the speaker should become president, the speaker must resign from the HOR.

It’s not slow Joe America needs to worry about. It’s quid pro Joe they need to kick to the curb. He’s not a harmless old dolt.
