Broadcaster Jason Whitlock said Wednesday that there was clear momentum For President Donald Trump among black men.
I think theres some clear momentum for President Trump particularly I think with black men, the Outkick.com host told Fox News Tucker Carlson Tonight.
I think we have been carrying on a facade for three-and-a-half years as black men that somehow we cant relate to Donald Trump that we didnt celebrate him in hip-hop music for decades that he wasnt friends with countless black athletes, entertainers, celebrities.
Whitlock, who interviewed Trump on Wednesday, noted that the president referred to his past friendship with Democratic social activist Rev. Jesse Jackson.
So theres been a charade I think particularly among black men pretending that they dont have something in common with President Trump and that facade is starting to end, Whitlock said, pointing out that rappers like Ice Cube, 50 Cent, and Kanye West are acknowledging the truth that they really dont have a problem with Donald Trump....

They don’t have to love him. They don’t even have to like him.
But they do respect him, many of them.
and that’s good enough for a vote for him.
He may be well liked among black men, I don’t know.
But in politics as in many aspects of life, being respected mean more than being liked.
Trump pushed sentencing reform and black men have begun to realize that black women have replaced black men with government.
Im from KC and remember when this man began his sports journalism career. All he asked is that people judge him by the his talent, content of his character, and not by the color of his skin. He sees something very different today, something that besmirches Dr. Kings message.
But they have to vote, because if they don’t someone will vote for them.
“black women have replaced black men with government.”
That’s pretty insightful.
Leo Terrill on Hannity was saying that Black people older than 50 still think it is 1960. However young Black people are switching over to President Trump. Leo has been campaigning for President Trump in the Black communities.
I used to deplore Whitlock when he was with the KC Star, but at least he’s intellectually honest and capable of his own thoughts. I’m guessing he’ll be voting for Trump.
Agreed—also “affirmative action” gets to double-count black women, so they will be chosen over equally qualified black men.
I think black men are beginning to figure out the game...
I still can’t get over Leo Terrell’s conversion to Republican and a Trump supporter. I think a lot of liberals had it with the riots and said we’re done with this b.s.
On the other hand, as much as I used to enjoy Jemele Hill's sports analyses, she has turned out to be a totally Woke Leftist Harridan.
I think many black men have no use for the false sanctimony that the John Kerrys of the world parade.
Donald Trump is large, and he lives large. He is not ashamed of being financially successful, and he also routinely shows respect and interest in the people who helped him build his empire from the plumbers, carpenters and crane operators on up.
They also may appreciate that he doesn’t back down. Even where they disagree they can respect that. Trump also has the ability to look at home working in the same plane with the Kanye West and 50 Cent types, as well as the Herschel Walkers. And WITHOUT pandering. That equals respect.
Some thoughtful black men are going to vote for Trump based on those attributes alone.
Yeah, I'm going to have to reconsider my previous dislike of Jason Whitlock. He's been making a lot of sense lately.
He will get over 40% of the black vote.
Even 10%-15% would kneecap the Rats in the key states.
15% would kneecap the Rats in most, if not every state, and 20%, it’s over for them.
They need to keep this bubble of 90% loyalty, else the Dem party is done for. But that bubble has to burst at some point.
I think he’ll do surprisingly well among blacks.
That is the most infuriating charge against Donald Trump and his supporters, that both he and his supporters know is total bullsh*t.
Donald Trump has been in business for decades and has dealt and worked hand in hand with many people of many colours and many faiths and he has always been fair and welcoming to all the those he has associated with.
