Interstate transfers to Melbourne blocked due to corona lockdown restrictions.
Four newborn babies in Adelaide, Australia have died after being denied life-saving heart surgery due to coronavirus travel restrictions.
Adelaide is the only mainland Australian capital that doesnt provide paediatric cardiac surgery, therefore around 100 babies a year have to be sent interstate to receive treatment.
However, due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions imposed by the Australian government, transfers to Melbourne have stopped and the babies have to make a longer journey to Sydney instead.
Obsetrician Professor John Svigos said four babies who had died in Adelaide in the past month had been unable to be transferred and would have almost certainly benefited from on-site surgery,
Numerous health experts have warned that the impact of coronavirus lockdown measures is having a devastating impact on health, with untold deaths due to serious illnesses going untreated.
Last month, Germanys Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development, Gerd Muller, warned that lockdown measures throughout the globe will end up killing more people than the coronavirus itself.
We expect an additional 400,000 deaths from malaria and HIV this year on the African continent alone, Muller said, adding that half a million more will die from tuberculosis.
Mullers comments arrived months after a leaked study from inside the German Ministry of the Interior revealed that the impact of the countrys lockdown could end up killing more people than the coronavirus due to victims of other serious illnesses not receiving treatment.
Another study found that lockdowns will conservatively destroy at least seven times more years of human life than they save.
Professor Richard Sullivan also warned that there will be more excess cancer deaths in the UK than total coronavirus deaths due to peoples access to screenings and treatment being restricted as a result of the lockdown.
His comments were echoed by Peter Nilsson, a Swedish professor of internal medicine and epidemiology at Lund University, who said, Its so important to understand that the deaths of COVID-19 will be far less than the deaths caused by societal lockdown when the economy is ruined.
According to Professor Karol Sikora, an NHS consultant oncologist, there could be 50,000 excess deaths from cancer as a result of routine screenings being suspended during the lockdown in the UK.
Experts have also warned that there will be 1.4 million deaths globally from untreated TB infections due to the lockdown.
As we further previously highlighted, a data analyst consortium in South Africa found that the economic consequences of the countrys lockdown will lead to 29 times more people dying than the coronavirus itself.
It’s past time to start charging politicians with manslaughter.
They’ll be reported as pediatric COVID-19 deaths.
After decades of peddling climate change lies and propaganda to force government by the elites, the socialists have used a media induced hysteria over public health as their latest weapon ..
~Former Australian Senator Cory Bernardi .
This is the literal price we pay for the precautionary principle. Just lock down, just go to the safe extreme, if it saves one life ...
This madness, absurdity, has to stop.
Please show me the Black Plague. Where is it?
Show me the Spanish Flu. Show me tuberculosis.
Nope, this aint cutting it. NOT worth all this crap.
...it kills another.
They didn’t get COVID did they? So the policy works! /politican_logic
Look, these people have said all along there are simply too many undesirable or wrong-thinking people in the world. you have to give them credit for coming up with such a clever way of killing folks.
(sarcasm, sort of...)
It’s difficult to deny the notion that tyrants around the world truly enjoy not only their omnipotentcy, but their unchallenged ability to hurt or kill people ... in this instance, babies. This has occurred far too often in history to simply reject the notion.
This brought tears to my eyes. In April, a high school friend of my daughter gave birth to a beautiful little girl with a heart issue...within a week, she had surgery in Los Angeles and is thriving. Her mom and dad were faced with a very difficult decision when her heart issues were discovered about 4 months into the pregnancy, so they had many worries leading up to her birth. Doctors can tell so much from pre-natal scans these days, and I suspect that these Australian parents also knew that their babies would need surgery soon after birth. To be denied the ability to save their babies’ lives is unconscionable.
Start hanging some of the knuckle draggers for malfeasance and watch the babies fly..
I know many here are not getting the vaccine but it should not be denied those who wish to get it.
The story is true. Exactly how it happened is the subject of argument but somewhere something obviously was not done as it should have been.
nowhere is crazier than Australia when it comes to COVID.
this is what the hysteria in Melbourne etc is all about, disgracefully encouraged by media from all sides of politics!

Victoria Police will take to the sky to monitor those doing the wrong thing on AFL grand final day.
Under current COVID-19 restrictions in Melbourne, indoor gatherings are banned.
And no more than two households, up to 10 people, can gather outdoors in public spaces.
Fines ranging between (Australian) $1600 to almost $5000 apply for breaches.
To ensure Melburnians adhere to the rules on Saturday, police have said they will be deploying drones to monitor crowds at parks, beaches and other popular spots.
The police airwing will also give officers an eye in the sky.
Associate Professor Katina Michael, from the School of Information Systems and Technology at Wollongong University, said it was alarming.
I think we are going too far, she said.
Meanwhile, the ring of steel the checkpoint operations on Melbournes outskirts will be bolstered and expanded to backroads to stop Melburnians from sneaking into the regions where bigger gatherings are allowed and pubs and restaurants are open.
Thanks for the ping, it’s sheer insanity. Socialism that is. 1984 comes to Victoria.
Believe me, I know. I live in Melbourne.
Although I would not say the media from all sides of politics is encouraging it. The Herald Sun, The Australian, and most especially Sky News have been hammering the Andrews government about their mishandling of this pandemic.
