“I have very few regrets in my life. Voting for Bush-43 is one of them.”

Like me, you had no choice.

My wife and I talked about this, this morning. We had no choice.

CJ has always been an odd duck and questionable rulings. I’ve seen the log for months but assumed it was the Fox reporter, John Roberts. Photo...Seen each in the photo identified, but Roberts has always been cut out of the picture.

True, the choice was horrible. And frankly in 2000 I had no comprehension of how harmful trade deficits were to American middle class workers, and how unproductive and destructive foreign policy was to initiate wars in middle-east.

There is a reason why DC environs are the richest area in nation. The swamp makes a great living there. Trump is a disruptor and will not be allowed to dismantle the swamp.

The real question is......how intelligent are American voters?

Well about half of them vote Democratic so how smart can they be?

you say....
time to look into that adoption?

WHY? THE TWO ARE NOW YOUNG ADULTS..I'm sure they know they were adopted...

Roberts had a strange life style before marriage, I think that worries him more than adopted kids do...I think he fears being OUTED...JMO...
He has been a great disappointment as CHIEF JUSTICE...very disappointing...

Not sure why he’d be afraid of that. He’d be the first homo SCJ and wildly celebrated by our “culture.” (Is Kagan a lesbo?)

"Doesn’t matter. Trump will be up 10 plus points at midnight nov 3 The fake demoncrap votes out of philly won’t matter"

I hope so too, but others are thinking the election could spark rioting and civil war.

A good contingincy plan for Nov. 4th would be some prepping, and forming a regiment.

Oh, I absolutely agree with you (though I was a bit young to vote for Nixon). I actually voted for Bush 41 in 1988, (naively) believing that after having experienced 8 years of working with Reagan and seeing how his policies worked, he actually had changed...damn, was THAT a mistake.

My philosophy is to vote for whom you really want in the primaries, and vote against the creature from Hell in the general. Other than Reagan and Trump, that’s what I’ve done.

“If Gore or Kerry did not start a war in Iraq, it is possible.”

That’s no more likely than a flock of flying pigs blotting out the noonday sun tomorrow. They are just the left wing of the Beltway Party, with 43 being from the (tepidly) right wing of that same Party.

You’re right; we had to pick one of the two Uniparty candidates offered.

When W left office in 2008, people couldn’t understand what would have been different if Gore had been president for the past 8 years.

Best we can do with our votes. I hoped GHWB learned something but sadly he performed up to my expectations.

He may be taking his orders from GWB, but most likely the two think alike on nearly everything.
