Probably wants to stay on the gravy train. They are leftwingers, after all, and without any slightest shred of morality.
I don’t care about the politics here. He’s a commissioned officer who screwed an enlisted man’s wife. That’s a serious breach of the UCMJ. He needs to be court-martialed, given the maximum punishment, and busted out of the service. Whoever wants to vote for him after that, that’s on them. This guy is a dishonorable human being. I’d say the same if he was a Republican.
