Obviously the Biden people put a lid on his week to prep him. They are now likely cramming his head with all sorts of defenses and ways to deal with the attack. This "revelation" that Trump will go for the jugular will undoubtedly take up all the oxygen in the Biden camp AND the press.
I don't doubt that Trump will go after Hunter et al. But I think the Trump campaign is trying to get even deeper into their heads, and then he will likely be more "presidential" while Joe is waiting, WAITNG anxiously to unleash one of his twelve memorized zingers.
Then, probably toward the end of the debate, Trump will unleash a vicious left-hook that hits Joe where he doesn't expect it (maybe on his involvement and not that of his son), which will leave Creepy dribbling more than usual.
Trump needs to use the democrat tactic here and test out a few phrases etc in focus groups so Biden and his team (he and the moderator) can’t wiggle out of this one.
