A Democratic member of the Senate Judiciary Committee said Sunday that he was open to packing the Supreme Court with more justices if Joe Biden is elected president.
Asked on CNN’s “State of the Union” if his mind is open to expanding the number of judges into the court to counterbalance conservative Amy Coney Barrett if she gets confirmed, Delaware Sen. Chris Coons said “yes.”
He compared his position to his party’s presidential nominee, who has ( refused to be drawn on the issue — with Biden) only saying he will ( announce it before the election.)

Coons and others like him think that the Supreme Court is there to pass on all unconstitutional agendas like the ACA and abortion on demand and little else. Judge Barrett has written and ruled on many cases objectively & fairly other than the ACA and abortion on demand which is R v W. Coons is narrow minded, hardly worthy of his position as Senator.
Wasn’t it Coons and his best friend Jeff Flakey who joined forces to complain about Brett Kavanaugh back in 2018 and Coons was described as a Senate “moderate”? What a joke.

That’s why we need to keep the Senate. If we fail to hold the Senate, well the Democrats will be able to do whatever they way in doomsday scenario where Trump wins.

The day after he is reelected, Trump should go in front of the cameras and announce a committee to lay out a plan to pack the court.
