However, she's not nearly as smart as she thinks she is (true of many UC Berleley Law, nee Boalt Hall grads)

Rubin blogger is well know for her visceral dislike of of Trump since 2015......If Trump likes something, Rubin doesn’t... If he does something, she opposes it.... If his agenda flits into alignment with hers she either ignores it, or finds a way to downplay it.
Contrary to popular myth, she is not in fact writing from a “conservative perspective,” but as just one more voice among a host of Trump-obsessed zealots who add nothing to our discourse.

Jennifer Rubin is just a left wing journalist so what she says holds no water. She is throwing around this ‘WHITE PRIVILEGE’ crap. I wish somebody would tell me what white privilege is. It is an empty accusation pushed by the left but means nothing to me.
Conservatives expect that when they nominate a judge, their personal views are irrelevant because they're not supposed to rule based upon them. For a RAT nominee, ruling in line with personal opinions is part of the job description.
Can you imagine waking up beside that every morning? The only thing that would make her look better is a paper sack.
The Left uses the ideology of Culteral Marxism as a weapon against their opposition. The need to take a walk down the Santa Monica Pier and hope the Mothership gives them a lift.
