That looks to me like a staged photo. Maybe the person who took the photo stuck the crack pipe there and then took a photo.
It is hard to believe the pipe would stay in that position. That’s not how you use the pipe.
BUT- it is not hard to believe he was actually smoking crack. Just that this photo is implausible.
This is too convenient, and nothing will come from it. this is why you never bring a pc in for service.
