The old guys I knew as a kid were tough as nails and would look at this modern world with a mixture of consternation and bewilderment.

Just to expand on the thought, those WWII vets sacrificed for others. These people today will mortgage the future of there children, their childrens economic viability to save there own skin. You do a shutdown to save old folks and an entire generation of kids don’t get to LIVE, LOVE, WORK, PLAY. Just to save a few vulnerable people we have shut down how people interact, how they meet, reproduce, socialize, earn, learn. SELFISH and stupid.
