Do those current member’s of the Supreme Court really want to be part of a political joke? Do they really want their positions to become a mockery?
If we (Americans, those who respect the Constitution, love freedom, abhor government control of peoples lives, and who respect and treasure the right of individuals to self-determine) are, God willing, victorious in the upcoming election, I strongly believe we should take that opportunity to do everything that can be done to destroy the possibility of Socialism/Communism in America.
America and Communism/socialism are conceptually and realistically mutually exclusive. America was founded on the principle of individual rights, freedom, and self-determinism of individuals. These rights supersede ANY rights of or role by government. The only context in which individual rights do not take precedence is when the actions of a specific individual or group of individuals threatens the well-being and right of self-determinism of others. The ONLY political entities that are threatening those actions are the Democrats and their radical political allies.
If he says he will pack the court he is afraid he will lose "moderate dems" and independents. If he says he won't the far left will go ape.
And he wants the NY Governor as his AG.

Which requires the senate to pass it. Even if Biden wins by fraud, the senate would also have to be lost.
