It looks like the police may have evidence that this was indeed a premeditated set-up for a killing, as the suspect Matthew Doloff has been charged with First Degree Murder in the Shooting of that Patriot Prayer Demonstrator. Social media proves Matthew Doloff is a Left Wing, Anti-Trump, BLM supporter. As for being Antifa, he fits the profile, since 'Antifa' is just an 'Idea'. Isn't that what Biden says?

From what I can gather from pictures:
The victim was taunted by an antifa guy who was daring the victim to spray him, this led to a got shouting match, and then the victim walked away.
Within seconds he ran into the security guy, shoved him away, and the security guy drew a gun on him. The victim’s bear spray, which was held down, was brought up (I think the victim had no idea who this guy was that pointed a gun in his face) and sprayed.
The security guy then shot the victim in the face at point blank range.
Antifa at the scene, including the guy who taunted the victim, immediately cheered the killing.
This is what modern day civil war looks like, folks. This act was not a murder. It was an act of war by a paramilitary member of the democrat party. The action was meant to create fear in his enemies (i.e. Patriots) so they would not rise up and fight criminal democrat politicians and other democrat party paramilitary groups like antifa.

Let’s wait until all of the facts are known. I would shoot someone macing me. But, if I provoked the person to mace me then I am not defending myself. I am reacting to a person defending himself. Each of those situations are 180 degrees out when viewed by the law. One is self-defense and the other is murder.
