And is the reporter going to be fired and charged?

I’d like to know if the reporter paid this guy for security and if the guy had any credentials for security. Otherwise, the reporter pulled an Antifa punk from the crowd for security, charge him/her as an accessory.

His heirs have a lawsuit against the perp, the reporter who hired him, and the news station that employed the reporter.

I hope the myth is evaporating that we have all the guns. The Left has an advantage with firearms. They are willing to use them and will use them increasingly probably believing that when they Take Over after Election Day the new regime will pardon them all their good deeds.

He may be charged. But I very seriously doubt that he is prosecuted. I fully expect the prosecutor to drop charges. And as for the reporter being fired, I seriously doubt it. He may be taken off the pay roll but he will still be paid in cash under the table. He may be charged, but he his chances of it going to Court are slim to very slim.

I bet the news station gets sued through the nose for hiring a questionable security guard killer. (Does CO require a licence for paid security work?)
