30-year old Matthew Doloff was booked into the Denver jail system on charges of first-degree murder in the shooting of a Patriot Prayer demonstrator in the city’s Civic Center on Saturday.
Doloff appears to have been in the service of a 9NEWS reporter as a private security guard when he shot and fired a conservative demonstrator. He had been involved in a minor scuffle with the thus unidentified victim before shooting him in the head, and the victim only used pepper spray against his assailant when Doloff pointed a gun at him.
Doloff owns a farm and is affiliated with some sort of music business. He was positively identified as the shooter at the Denver protest through his distinctive space invaders tattoo, imagery that his music business also uses on Instagram.
His business had expressed support for Black Lives Matter protests in Denver recently.
By all indications, Doloff appears to be a left-wing Bernie Sanders supporter. He’s ‘liked’ content with Bernie Sanders and the Young Turks host Cenk Uygur on his personal Twitter.
Initial reports from the Denver Post had indicated that the person responsible for the shooting was an ANTIFA militant themselves, as the shooting had taken place at a set of dueling protests in which self-identified ANTIFA groups were present. The Denver Police later claimed the suspect taken into custody had no affiliation with Antifa.
However, Doloff most certainly has some far-left political opinions, and liked a tweet supporting the notion that the Confederate flag should be treated in the same fashion as the Nazi swastika.
Doloff expressed his contempt of Donald Trump supporters in a 2016 Facebook post.
This leftist fatally shot a conservative demonstrator for no discernible reason whatsoever.
Especially when the “call to arms” rally poster shows soup cans flying through the air. One with a hammer and sickle.
And especially when the rally poster is explicit that they are setting up as close to the patriots as possible to disrupt them.
I do not agree with you. What is happening is a civil war because near half of the voters support the democrat party and the democrat party supports these so called communists.
People exercising their franchise thus show their material support for the communists who are then actively attacking and undermining our county. These voters are active participants even if only for a few seconds in a voting booth or by writing a check to any democrat candidate.
Thus, civil war is an appropriate term. How the civil war is being fought (i.e. Irregular warfare) is a different question.

They claim he was hired for security. More likely the tv station used him as a scout so the camera man could get action pictures.

He may be charged. But I very seriously doubt that he is prosecuted. I fully expect the prosecutor to drop charges. And as for the reporter being fired, I seriously doubt it. He may be taken off the pay roll but he will still be paid in cash under the table. He may be charged, but he his chances of it going to Court are slim to very slim.
I bet the news station gets sued through the nose for hiring a questionable security guard killer. (Does CO require a licence for paid security work?)

It’s too bad that people younger than 30 or 40 do not even know about the horrors of communism. They’ve never heard of the Soviet Gulag. They don’t know anything about Stalin or Mao. They don’t think socialism would be so bad. They probably think that Stalin just “didn’t do it right”.
We were taught about the evils of Communism in school plus those who had lived under Communism but escaped. Plus we were taught how wise the Founding fathers were. Today they are taught how evil the founding fathers were. The males are feminized and taught how to commit fellatio and how to get in touch with their inner selves and to rabidly hate the United States of America. And in the case of Whites, to hate the fact that they are White and be ashamed they they were born White. In college the indoctrination continues. They enter as innocents and exit as educated fools.
