PHOENIX The first study of its kind found that people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer or gender non-conforming are nearly four times as likely to be victims of violent crime than those outside such communities.

The upside is that these freaks have a very high rate of suicide,
Way back in the day I had a lesi-friend, really attractive and smart, and we would go clubbing. Well, we did until I saw her start two fights with GUYS. She’d get p.o. ed and throw a drink in somebody’s face in a heartbeat. After pulling her off two guys she had jumped on, I decided to find another buddy. I’ve never known anyone else to have such a short fuse.
“Trans” people in general very often have issues, mental issues, and it is not surprising. Being at war with yourself, within yourself, easily becomes a self-damaging personality. And, that leads to other unstable personality and unstable relationship issues.
In terms of “gays” and “Lesbians” the honest sociologists studying crime rates need to insure their data includes the attributes of what kind of relationship status do the victims have.
My guess is that the majority of major crime victims, even including robbery, among “gays” and “Lesbians” are persons who are and have long been either “single” or in and out of relationships most of their life. I think most crime statistics as to victims, even among heterosexuals, is among non-married persons more often than married persons.
There are many other stable aspects in life, including why and how people live and what kind of environment they live in, that begins with a stable hoped-to-be life long relationships. Being single is not different than being “transient” and a lot of less than good things often flow from being transient, including more contact with a criminal environment. A life of hook-ups is an invitation to being part of crime statistics, in my view.
“The first study of its kind”
Not true, this has been known for many years. I first heard it in the 1970’s.
It was one of the reasons homosexuals were considered mentally ill. They have many of the same population characteristics. (ie. more likely to commit crimes, more likely to be victims of crimes, etc.)
Although other research has long shown that LGBTQ people and gender minorities are disproportionately affected by crime, the study published in Science Advances, a multidisciplinary journal, on Oct. 1 looked at data that has only been collected since 2016, making for the first comprehensive and national study to examine the issue.
This is a good relevant range of time for the study, since the Gaystapo was trying to prove in courts throughout the country that they HAD to have marriage equality to help stem the negative outcomes through relationships that arent available to them because of inequality. Well, this study includes ALL years since marriage was redefined for them, and the data gleaned is damning to their arguments.
Marriage didnt help them. It just dragged marriage into their cesspool.
Whenever you hear vague reports of gays getting beat up, 4 times out of 5 its by their lover, partner, or some other member of their community. They have a particular penchant for hammers.
Melvin is subtly drawn into the artists dilemma of not being able to pay rent because of his injuries and lack of artistic output, and grudgingly helps him out in various ways. Whats glaring is that none of Simons own community seems to be around to help him out, not even his gay agent/promoter, who instead relies on Melvin to do what the agent should have been doing.
Melvins benevolence at the end is truly inspiring, although he never jettisons his distaste for homosexuality or his epithets about Simon the fag. Todays movies would have castigated such a character as Melvin as a hater bound for damnation.
Look up the story of Aileen Wuornos for some eye-opening reality about how violent lesbians can be.
Read the book “Where Death Delights” biography of a New York City coroner. In the book he said he could always tell by level of violence at a murder scene whether homosexual jealousy was a likely motive. The higher the violence the more likely that was the motive.
The guys who killed Matthew Shepherd were homosexuals. SURPRISE!
I have never seen the movie.
I’ll have to look for it.
I heard similar stories from one my room mates in my undergrad days; she was a premed major and worked in the ER at Charity Hospital in New Orleans between semesters.
It was pretty gross.
They’re also difficult to treat...spits on nurses etc. so they have to wear spit shields.
There are groups more into ‘drama’ than others... and some ‘victim groups’ hunger to be ‘bigger victims’.
