“The first study of its kind”

Not true, this has been known for many years. I first heard it in the 1970’s.
It was one of the reasons homosexuals were considered mentally ill. They have many of the same population characteristics. (ie. more likely to commit crimes, more likely to be victims of crimes, etc.)

Well, the article does say that there has been other sources of data to show this high-crime propensity to be true, but this is apparently a novel study:

Although other research has long shown that LGBTQ people and gender minorities are disproportionately affected by crime, the study published in Science Advances, a multidisciplinary journal, on Oct. 1 looked at data that has only been collected since 2016, making for the first comprehensive and national study to examine the issue.

This is a good relevant range of time for the study, since the Gaystapo was trying to prove in courts throughout the country that they HAD to have “marriage equality” to help stem the negative outcomes through relationships that aren’t available to them because of “inequality.” Well, this study includes ALL years since “marriage” was redefined for them, and the data gleaned is damning to their arguments.

“Marriage” didn’t help them. It just dragged marriage into their cesspool.
