White House coronavirus advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci said Thursday he’s “not comfortable” with the level of Covid-19 cases in the United States as the nation enters its fall and winter seasons.
The U.S. is reporting roughly 40,000 new coronavirus cases a day, which may get even worse as temperatures get cooler and people head indoors, Fauci said during an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell. “I’m not comfortable with that. I would like to see that level, way, way down, well below 10,000.”
Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said some regions of the country are doing quite well while others are struggling.

Define “case”.
Well, the president was a “case”. So I’m not concerned about cases at all.
Vitamin D is critical to avoiding serious symptoms. Going inside takes you away from our primary source. I’ve spent as much time as possible outdoors partly to ensure this thing is a big nothingburger to me. I even visited my daughter who actually HAD the virus with symptoms a few weeks ago. My wife and I are still fine. :)
He will be “comfortable” with zero, which ain’t happening anytime soon.

Soooo, in a nation of approximately 330 million people, he wants new cases to come in lower than 10,000 new cases?!! What a farce he is! President Trump, PLEASE FIRE FAUCI and his comrades/devotees at the NIAID/NIH. These people are NOT apolitical; they have an agenda completely unrelated to the better health of the nation.

Nov 4th is coming
If he’s not comfortable with the numbers, perhaps Fauxi should have done more to stop it. Oh, wait, he didn’t care about reducing the numbers but getting his and Gates’ vaccine on the market. You know, that mRNA-1273 vaccine they touted out BEFORE the virus was even known.
I’m not comfortable either, I want the cases to be down to zero. They are not, so we need to be vigilant.
Can you imagine ANYBODY saying “I’m comfortable with 40,000 new cases a day”?
Of course, the question is “can we LIVE with that many cases”, not “are we happy about it”.
It really is like someone saying, “Golly, I wish we had a cure for the common cold”.
Who doesn’t feel that way?
But disease happens. You have to live your life. I see COVID-19 as worse than the common cold, but pretty equivalent to influenza. You cannot shutdown society for something like that. Disease isn’t going away, so don’t surrender to it.
It’s getting questionable how effective the drug is since India is overtaking the U.S. death count.
