Agree 100%
I have never seen a court case where the Prosecutor move to drop a case and the Judge refused. Moreover, the Judge than behaved like a Prosecutor.

Partner, this judge is in the Tank big time for the left and wants General Flynn to not win his case.
This judge Sullivan will face charges for being such an obstructionist of the law. Judge Sullivan will face prison time.
I really like the sound of that prison time Judge Sullivan will face.

On what charges? Failure to recuse appropriately is not a felony offense as far as I know.
