If my nominee were Joe Biden I wouldn’t want to go there. In the case of Joe Biden and the socialists (i.e., Democrats), this is a feature, not a bug. Expect the 25th Amendment to be invoked shortly after January 20th, 2021, if the Hidey/Ho ticket wins.

Firstly, they have to get the VP to agree to using the 25th Amendment. Mobilizing the 25th requires:
<><> a declaration of the president’s inability to serve from the vice president, and,
<><> either a majority of the heads of executive branch departments “or of such other body as Congress may by law provide,”
<><> requires it to be sent to House Speaker Pelosi, and to the president pro tempore of the Senate–Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.
