In the case of Joe Biden and the socialists (i.e., Democrats), this is a feature, not a bug. Expect the 25th Amendment to be invoked shortly after January 20th, 2021, if the Hidey/Ho ticket wins.

If Biden wins, yes I would expect the 25th amendment to be invoked, entirely against the wishes of Jill Biden, which will remove the president for 2 weeks. Then what I expect is that McConnell will make a deal with the Bidens. It takes 2/3 of the senate to remove a president, and the deal will be that essentially he (McConnell) controls the presidency in exchange for not removing Joe. Kamala will get to be acting president for 2 weeks, then she will spend the next 3+ years going to funerals. Anyway, this is what will happen if McConnell is the power hungry politician I believe him to be.
