Watching a hurricane slam into your state while listening to Rush & Trump is a little intense!!
Rush threw out the number of listeners at about 50 million. He has picked up a whole pile of new listeners during the covid lockdowns.
For a few months now I listen to Coffee with Scott Adams every day! I find him logical, funny, and soothing somehow (Tucker and others seem so crabby in comparison—although Tucker is the best journalist in the US.

He is the one that warned the President if he fired Sessions he would not get a replacement. Sadly many Freepers are overlooking the past and endorsing Graham 2.0. Graham 2.0 is just Graham putting on his reelection hat long enough to fool us again in my estimation. We shall see if he can get Coney to the floor for a vote before the election. Stalling until the 12th was just more of the same.

the only reason Dems make an issue about pre-existing is to use it as a wedge against Trump.
Actually they use it against any Republican promoting private health insurance, claiming it doesn't work...it's too expensive.
This crap has been going on in RAT states since the failed attempt at HillaryCare.
The original bridge, where there was coverage available for people with pre-existing conditions, which seem to be a good solution as long as it was narrowly defined. Otherwise companies should except most pre-existing conditions.

I missed the whole thing - any coughing spells that the media will obsess over, as opposed to Hillary’s chronic cough being ignored?
I heard there are problems where if they impanel a grand jury from the DC swamp, any indictments will go nowhere. So they either need to move it to another jurisdiction - but the DC courts won’t even allow that.
Obviously, I don’t understand it any better than anyone else - but my spidey sense is telling me there is something wrong that Bill Barr can’t get past.
He may be AG, and POTUS may be POTUS, but they are in the DC swamp, and they are “behind enemy lines”.
I think he would LOVE to indict these crooks - but indictments have to stick. If you indict and it gets tossed - that’s it - you only get one bite at the apple.
I think Trump knows about it - he acts puzzled at Bill Barr, but if I’m right, he won’t fire him - he needs to get re-elected, drain more swamp...
Indict when he can make it stick.
I do think this all may be a very complicated strategy to make a very difficult thing into a possible thing.
One of the underlying theories is that we will need military tribunals. As you point out, any type of jury from DC is going to fail to deliver justice. If this can be painted as treason, if it is treated as a matter of military justice, then we are more likely to see justice.
It’s not clear to me that the “rift” between Barr and Trump is intended to make any of this easier to achieve, but there might be something deep going on.
