I know many of us noticed this in the debate but for those who missed it, after Pence finished a statement the moderator said it was a good segue to the next topic and Kamala agreed that it was also. Did Kamala just give herself away?

Maybe, or maybe she just reflexively agreed to appear reasonable. Biden did something similar, if I recall. I would guess part of their debate prep was to agree with the moderator as many times as possible.
To: MiddleEarth
Possibly. Possibly not. The topics of the segments were announced at the start of the debate. But who knows.

It happened so fast that I didn't quite dwell on it.
If I had to guess, I'd say that Harris was expressing a desire to change the subject rather than knowing what the next topic was.

Wasn’t the order of topics released?

I caught that as well. I know the topics of the debate are usually released well in advance. It could be that the order of topics is provided also. That said, cheaters cheat.

Pence was accommodating. The Media loves accommodating Republicans.

Topics tended to be obvious, so the good segue lead in made clear what the next topic was.

I noticed, and you are exactly right. She knew what was coming up question-wise. Crooked, biased Dem rigged debates that stacked the deck as usual.

On the Drudge Report website poll, Pence is overwhelmingly being declared the winner (by 70 percent, maybe more by now).

Or perhaps she wanted to move the discussion to another topic.
