Tractor-trailer loads of undelivered letters and parcels were rerouted from the Lehigh Valley’s central post office to a facility in Scranton, postal workers concerned about ongoing efforts to delay the mail told U.S. Sen. Bob Casey.
Casey in a statement Tuesday called on Postmaster General Louis DeJoy for answers after he pledged in August to reverse policy changes that caused mail to go undelivered. Casey cited photos provided by postal workers showing dozens of containers loaded with priority mail dating back to at least Sept. 17 that were rerouted from the Lehigh Valley to Scranton.

Then why did you push vote by mail Senator Casey? Tell your voters to track their votes.
Casey is so dumb he thinks a zip-code is a hand signal someone uses to tell you to close your fly.
Democracy is far too precious to put in the hands of government employees.
The DEMs have had nearly four years to plan for this.
I live in Spain and have been having terrible problems sending mail to the States since lockdown ended here. Multiple letters never arrived and the ones that do take a month or more. That’s especially troubling since I mailed my absentee ballot last week. I hope it arrives in time.
Maybe this Democrat Pennsylvania Senator should visit those post offices, and speak to the managers before blaming De Joy about delays and changes. Get off your fat ass and do some on-site research moron!

My card to my next door neighbor goes from our town to Orlando and back again. That’s just what the process is. Perhaps Scranton is the central location for all mail. Yes strange but Orlando is 45 minutes from Leesburg. Scranton is 45 minutes from Allentown by turnpike anyway.
Don't worry, it's probably sitting safely in Scranton.

I’m sure a lot of this ballot chaos is being done on purpose. But then again, I remember the Iowa democrat caucus being just as chaotic. Maybe the democrats are just incompetent.
I had a package sent from UT to CO. It took 17 days. It went from UT to Boise to Denver, back to Salt Lake, back to Denver, then to me. Along the way there were multiple days where tracking didn’t update.

His policies did no such thing. Maybe irresponsible postal union members failed to deliver mail, but not because of any new policies.
I used to be deployed in Europe and Mideast and seriously think not one of my absentee ballots ever saw the light of day based on stories I have heard.

My bank ordered a box of checks for me, sent to my post office box. That was two months ago and they still haven’t arrived. Three bills should have been here one month ago, still nothing. My husband mailed an envelope to the other side of our state, certified, registered, etc. took 13 days to arrive.
Between Allentown and Reading the mail has normally routed through Harrisburg for years.
