NEW YORK CITY While New York, once the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic, has imposed strict social-distancing rules on businesses, out-of-state travelers and other groups to curb the spread of COVID-19, the cramped subway cars of New York City tell a very different -- and concerning -- story.
Photos from inside some rush-hour subway trains last week showed commuters filling the seats, with others forced to stand uncomfortably close. A vast majority wore masks, but little to no social distancing could be found in those cars.
Fox News witnessed express trains headed from both the Bronx and Brooklyn to Manhattans Grand Central Terminal during the morning. While not completely packed with people, passengers still stood shoulder-to-shoulder in some cases.

New York is probably at or close to herd immunity after what they experienced.
The only way to know is requiring antibody testing.
Designate one car for Catholcs, one for Jews, one for Methodists, etc., and hold religious services en route.
Any government that is big and powerful enough to “require” antibody testing is big and powerful enough to strip you of all of your other liberties as well.
The Chicago subway is starting to fill up but still only at maybe 50% capacity during rush hour. They advise you to wait for the next train if it is too full to “socially distance” but realistically nobody is actually going to do that, since they know the next 3 trains will be just as full, so there is no point in waiting.
Agreed , but absent that discovering how many people have had CCPVid is less likely than picking the daily number three days in a row.
