We should go to apartment complexes and collect the ballots thrown into the trashcans by the mail boxes and take them out of circulation.

Yup. And Culinary would sheep herd employees to the polling booth - essentially the Mafia. But a lot of that bullying won’t happen because the Casinos are at shortened staff.
Doesn’t matter if they have moved, they will still vote Dem in Nevada, also in their new state wherever that may be.
That's one ballot that won't be fraudulently cast potentially negating your vote. But how many other people will toss it iin the trash ntact in the envelope or give it to the first person who knocks on thier door and pays cash for it or just demands it? There will be thousands of anecdotes, then multiply that by the number of people who didn't tell their story.
Won't matter. They will go door-to-door in the Barrio and collect all the ballots. There will be plemty of cash being handed out.
