The Truth About Critical Race Theory. Trump is right. Training sessions for government employees amounted to political indoctrination.
Wall Street Journal ^ | October 4, 2020 | Christopher F. Rufo

Moderator Chris Wallace asked President Trump during last week’s debate why he “directed federal agencies to end racial-sensitivity training that addresses white privilege or critical race theory.” Mr. Trump answered: “I ended it because it’s racist.” Participants “were asked to do things that were absolutely insane,” he explained. “They were teaching people to hate our country.”

“Nobody’s doing that,” Joe Biden replied. He’s wrong.

My reporting on critical race theory in the federal government was the impetus for the president’s executive order, so I can say with confidence that these training sessions had nothing to do with developing “racial sensitivity.” As I document in detailed reports for City Journal and the New York Post, critical race theory training sessions in public agencies have pushed a deeply ideological agenda that includes reducing people to a racial essence, segregating them, and judging them by their group identity rather than individual character, behavior and merit.

The examples are instructive. At a series of events at the Treasury Department and federal financial agencies, diversity trainer Howard Rosstaught employees that America was “built on the backs of people who were enslaved” and that all white Americans are complicit in a system of white supremacy “by automatic response to the ways we’re taught.”

In accompanying documents, Mr. Ross argues that whites share an inborn oppressive streak. “Whiteness,” employees are told, “includes white privilege and white supremacy.” Consequently, whites “struggle to own their racism.” He instructs managers to conduct “listening sessions” in which black employees can speak about their experience and be “seen in their pain,” while white employees are instructed to “sit in the discomfort” and not “fill the silence with your own thoughts and feelings.”

And I thought interminably frog marching all employees to those corporate sexual harassment training sessions to lessen corporate liability in potential lawsuits was ridiculous. Now, they have training sessions to tell a collective segment of their employee population historically and currently what jerks they are. A real morale booster.

Civil Rights and Equal Treatment quickly morphed into quotas, Affirmative Action, and government sanctioned outright discrimination against Whites and then Asians (employment hiring, university admission, workplace policies, etc.)

It then progressed into Black Supremacy (Black History Month = Good; any mention of White History = Racist).

We are now at the stage of full blown Reeducation Camps (right in line with what Communists like the Khmer Rouge did to their ideological Refuseniks), oppression, assault, and outright racist hatred by "minorities" to Whites.

Note: "Whites" as defined as people of Europid (Caucasian) ancestry are not a "majority" in the world, but are in fact a slim minority.

Forcing innocent human beings to be mocked, berated, and force to confess their "White Privilege" in public settings is right out of the Marxist handbook.

History has ALWAYS shown that these actions lead to genocide, time and time again.

8 Stages of Genocide

1. Classification- The first stage in a genocide, where groups of people were identified as friend or foe. In the case of the Cambodia, The Khmer Rouge categorized people mainly into the category's of educated people and non-educated people. There was also some classification of religion and ethnicity.

2. Symbolization- The second stage in a genocide, where the classified groups are symbolized by a item or object, such as the yellow star in the holocaust. In Cambodia, those that were to be executed were to wear a blue scarf, as this was a sign that you were educated or intelligent, which was punishable by death.

3. Dehumanization- The third stage in a genocide, where one side often denies the humanity of the other and often compares them to vermin or disease.

4. Organization- The fourth stage in a genocide, where the victims are often organized by the state and plans are made for the killings. In the Case of Cambodia, this include the plans for how they were to separate children and adults, as well as rid the country of Vietnamese and all of their "enemies" that needed to be re-educated (killed).

5. Polarization - the fifth stage, occurs when extremists attempt to intensify divisions between groups. In this case, the polarization was caused by the view of "us versus them" or the idea that the Cambodian victims were not victims, but instead the "enemy" of the Khmer Rouge.

6. Preparation - the sixth crucial stage for a genocide, usually includes two important actions. Identification, where lists of victims are drawn up, where victims are usually given ID cards regarding their ethnic or religious group.

7. Extermination - the stage that people that everybody knows about. This stage is where the victims are killed. In the case of Cambodia, the Khmer Rouge used extermination centers and forced labor camps to kill their victims.

8. Denial follows a genocide, where the side that committed the act denies that they committed a genocide.

In the past I have been through so called diversity.

Nothing but you must like these types and if you don’t like them you will get in trouble.

CRT seems to be about dragging the country into Farrakhan’s belief system.

Merit gets attacked as a construct designed to perpetuate the dominant group’s power, but if that were true, why do Asian and Jewish people tend to do well in many measures of merit, since they both may be regarded as oppressed groups.

Has there been a place where CRT works? What are the examples of countries successfully run along these lines, because I don’t think there are any. I think this is simply a way to create a power vacuum so that the country may be taken over by China, whereupon all groups will become oppressed groups.

The Federal Government should require all employees, past and present, attend a de-programming class to attempt to get their minds right. It might be a waste, but you never know.

These classes are designed to beat Whitey down in submission, so that he willingly accepts his new second class status and accepts being fired for existing while White.

Neither Biden, Harris or Beto will even understand why.

For that matter, what about non-American Africans from Africa and the Caribbean? Why, when amongst whites who can’t or don’t distinguish between them and the locals, do they typically do so much better?
