A paper published in the New England Journal of Medicine has called for mandating a coronavirus vaccine, and outlined strategies for how Americans could be FORCED to take it.
The paper warns that an immediate mandate for the vaccine would spark too much resistance and backlash, so the writers suggest that at first it should be voluntary.
However, it suggests that if not enough people are willing to get the vaccine within the first few weeks of it’s availability, it should be transformed into an obligation, with penalties put into place for refusal.
The paper outlines “six trigger criteria” that need to be met before the vaccine is made mandatory, and that it should be rolled out to specific demographics of the population first.
“Only recommended groups should be considered for a vaccination mandate,” initially, according to the paper, which cites “high risk groups” as the first set of people.
“[T]he elderly, health professionals working in high-risk situations or working with high-risk patients…persons with certain underlying medical conditions,” as well as those in “high-density settings such as prisons and dormitories” should be mandated to get the jab, the paper says.
It also suggests that active-duty military service members should be among the first that are forced into the vaccination.
The paper proclaims that “noncompliance should incur a penalty” and notes that it should be a “relatively substantial” one.
It suggests that “employment suspension or stay-at-home orders,” should be issued, but that fines should be discouraged because they can be legally challenged, and “may stoke distrust without improving uptake.”
The paper also suggests that government health authorities should avoid making public their close relationship with vaccine manufacturers, to quell public mistrust.

This is not rocket science at all, very basic stuff. Encoded info on a chip that can be read by a card reader type device, exactly as your pet chip. What is so “unbelievable “ or science fiction about that? It is passive information. Not talking about some chip that controls a person like a Borg or something- it’s just passive information just like the bar codes on boxes but embedded under the skin. No big deal.

And those vaccinations of children do have a penalty for non-compliance - your kid can’t attend the school.
I have heard of this policy, but it makes no sense. If the vaccine does in fact work, then why would anyone care if someone chose not to get it. These kind of mandates makes many of us question if they don’t work, then what are they really giving us.

Sorry, you‘ve migrated from and substituted something else for what I was originally addressing.
Please refer to 2nd paragraph of post 22. (“You understand that it will be given with a permanent, invisible digital tattoo that can be read and programmed from the remote cloud level?”). That little bit of currently non existing technology was what I was addressing. Now if you know of a way to “read and program an invisible tattoo remotely from the cloud” please let me know.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that our government can track a cow born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she sleeps in the state of Washington? Also they track her calves to their stalls. But they are unable to locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country.
I think the solution is to give every illegal alien a cow.
The technology to track using the internet has been around for awhile. This joke was popular in 2004. Lets just say it’s pretty safe to assume the technology exists.
Even with high risk (like me as well), taking the vaccine should be optional, not mandatory. The Democrats don't own your body (yet).

But he has greased the skids totally, with billions given to Big Pharma, “Operation Warp Speed”, planned military deployment, and other investments such as for building facilities for the military to deliver it with.
The mandates will likely come at the state level and at least at first be just as this journal article describes: you only need to take it if you ever want to leave your house or have a job, etc.
