It’s amazing how many conservatives suddenly become liberals for 1200 bucks :)
The 300 billion that costs is a shiny object to distract us from the other 2 trillion being spent.
Unemployment rate is tumbling.
If there is a stimulus, needs to be very targeted and not given to businesses that don’t need or deserve it.
Maybe 2 or 3 hundred billion...and that’s a LOT

Get the states to lift the goverment jack boot off the throats of the people and a stimulus will not be needed.
Pelosi wants to add The Big Blue Bailout to the next stimulus bill, funneling billions of dollars to Democratic cronies who have mismanaged cities and states.
That needs to be taken out, so that the rest of the stimulus bill in the form that President Trump wants can go through.
An investment in people’s prosperity will help Trump’s reelection.
Like President Trump, I disagree.
A stimulus bill is needed, because the American economy is at the edge of a precipice and rebuilding its foundations will take some time.
You know what? We’re 27 trillion in debt.
Those 1200 buck checks going out could make a big difference for Trump. The unemployment possibly too.
I’d rather be 28.5 trillion in debt with Trump than 27 trillion in debt with biden.
And if biden were to win, the stimulus would be 4 trillion.
Point taken.
