People keep saying that, but it's only an issue if the president and vice president die at the same time. If the president dies first, the vp takes over and immediately appoints a new vp. I doubt the the president and vp would die of covid at the same time.

I hope you are right but Trump can't campaign for 14-15 of the 31 days left and if Trump shows any serious symptoms there is the danger to his health and then the media will spin it overtime to show how Biden was right. On the other hand, If Trump comes through with flying colors it could be a positive. Trump showing how Covid was over blown,superman. The stock market which was keyed to open to the plus side is down now 400 points. The next 5-10 days will be telling. pray

Studies show this virus isn’t as potent as it once was, and he was detected early and has the best care in the world. In my opinion chances are even this could actually bring more positives then negatives if he quickly recovers, so why don’t you try taking that perspective now too, at least for now. Thanks.

There actually is significant literature suggesting it IS significantly effective as prophylaxis although the media hypes the studies that claim it doesn't. It's hard to be certain on the subject. But it IS certain that there have been an unprecedented number of studies flagrantly designed to fail, multiple ones which had cheated against HCQ so blatantly that they were retracted. Clearly there are many deniers who are afraid HCQ does work and that that could make Trump look good. And it is also clear that the drug is safe, when used at the dosage its proponents suggest. None of the studies hyped as showing it didn't work had any cases of the touted theoretical heart problem. Side effects were only a problem with gross overdosing.

Just the start of a huge slide. I took two-thirds of my stocks to cash last week; too many indicators of a crash coming in October. I just didn't expect it to happen on October 1st. If it starts to slide downward, my remaining one-third will be taken off the table. President Trump will pull through, and he will win re-election. Post-election, I jump back in to stocks. October will be a bad month.
