That’s great! Right?
Legalese trips me up sometimes :)
It means that the lawsuit against these 4 ghastly creatures can move forward.

Hmmm... I wonder if the Biden campaign has a similar motion being drafted up. They may need it with their defamation of Kyle Rittenhouse and Lin Woods upcoming lawsuit against them.

These Media hacks will either need to work out a settlement or prepare
for trial. Go Sandman. Go Lin Wood. Stick it to them hard!

If Biden is elected POTUS, Sandmann will never see a sent of the lawsuit “wins” if they aren’t paid by Nov 3.

Maybe Nick will be one of the wealthiest Americans when this is finished, and will donate huge sums to Republican campaigns. That would be ironic. The GOP candidates would be getting funded by CNN, NBC etc.

Dear Lin Wood,
The families of the senior citizens
that governor’s of 5 states
that forced covid infected
patients into nursing homes
and put our most vulnerable
at risk and had our loved ones
contaminated and infected and
tested positive for covid 19
pray that someday you will
represent us in a class action lawsuit.
I want to see newsome living in a tent
with all the other homeless in San Francisco
or L.A.,

I am sure that the potential liability will have to be disclosed and documented in all audited financial statement of the news groups and their parent companies.
Since most news organizations are in desperate financial condition, I would expect that these law suits that keep going dramatically depresses the value of the news organizations.
I like it.
